The Provider can collect and in its case treat the personal data that follows: i) name; ii) signature and/or digital print; iii) personal or business tax address; iv) Federal Taxpayer Registry; type of business; vi) copy of official ID of the client of legal representation and persons with authorized signature; vii) document to confirm legal personality; viii) Unique Population Registry Code; ix) e-mail address; x) phone number, cellphone or fax number; xi) bank, commercial and personal references; xiii) certified digital seal; xiii) bank account number and/or any other documentation or information related to the commercial link that exists between the Provider and you, the Client.

The Provider will treat your personal data only during the necessary time to comply with the purposes described in the present Privacy Notice and/or according to the terms established in the legal dispositions that apply.

The personal data collected by the Provider is mainly used to offer the products and services you request and to comply with the obligations that come from the relationship that might be created with you.
