The present Privacy Notice is at your disposal so you can know the practices of the Provider as it obtains, uses, discloses or storages your personal data.

The Provider can collect and in its case treat the personal data that follows: i) name; ii) signature and/or digital print; iii) personal or business tax address; iv) Federal Taxpayer Registry; type of business; vi) copy of official ID of the client of legal representation and persons with authorized signature; vii) document to confirm legal personality; viii) Unique Population Registry Code; ix) e-mail address; x) phone number, cellphone or fax number; xi) bank, commercial and personal references; xiii) certified digital seal; xiii) bank account number and/or any other documentation or information related to the commercial link that exists between the Provider and you, the Client.

The Provider will treat your personal data only during the necessary time to comply with the purposes described in the present Privacy Notice and/or according to the terms established in the legal dispositions that apply.

The personal data collected by the Provider is mainly used to offer the products and services you request and to comply with the obligations that come from the relationship that might be created with you. To the extent that the Federal Law of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Rules (hereinafter the “Law”) allows, your personal data can be used for the following purposes: i) creation and administration of your account; ii) sales tracking to reach the client’s satisfaction; iii) justifying and accrediting before any competent authority the lawful relationship between every part, iv) payment processing; v) requests tracking; vi; sending publicity and promotions related to the Provider’s products and services and its associates; vii) analysis to determinate the efficiency of our publicity and promotions; viii) to be in touch with you and be able to deliver the best possible service; ix) monitoring complains or suggestions; x) evaluating the quality of the delivered services; xi) evaluating credit inquiries; an xii) creating contracts and invoices.

The Provider can make use of your personal data for other purposes, as long as these purposes are compatible to the previously mentioned.

Likewise, the Provider will have the right, as you have the obligation, to update the data in order to give a better quality services.

As part of the operations regarding the business and to comply with the described purposes, the Provider can share or transfer with third parties, national or foreign, some of all of your personal data. These third parties can be headquarters, associates or subsidiaries of the Provider; external professional advisers, service providers, credit institutions, credit auxiliary organizations, medical institutions, properties institutions, government dependencies (SHCP, SENER, PROFECO, PROFEPA, STPS, etc.) as well as any other jurisdictional authority.

The Provider will make sure, through the signature of agreements and/or adoption of other linking documents, that these third parties will maintain security, administrative, technical and physical measures appropriate to storage your personal  data. It also will make sure that third parties only use this information for its original purposes and complying with the present Privacy Notice.

The Provider will not sell, give or transfer your personal data to third parties without your previous consent. Nevertheless, the Provider may transfer your personal data when this transfer is set forth by Law or when required by the resolution of a competent authority.

You can exercise in any moment your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights) established by Law. Likewise, you can revoke in any moment the consent that you’ve given and that is necessary for the treatment of your personal data, as well as requesting a limit to the use or disclosure of this information.
